Product Description

Upon customers’ requests, our facotry manufactures professionally different kinds of engine valves used on vehicles, vessels and construction machines. What we can do as bellow:

1) 15mm ≤seat diameter (ΦD) ≤120mm

(i.e. minimal diameter of valve seat is 15mm, and max seat diameter is 120mm. )

 2) 4mm ≤stem diameter (Φd) ≤25mm

(i.e. minimal diameter of valve stem 4mm, and max stem diameter is 25mm)

 3) 45mm ≤Length of engine valve (L) ≤450mm

(i.e. minimal length of engine valve is 45mm, and max valve length is 450mm)

Generally, ordinary heat-resistance alloy (Martensitic steel), e.g. 40Cr, 4Cr9Si2 and 4Cr10Si2Mo, which has magnetism, is widely applied to intake valve for internal cobustion engine.

High quality of heat-resistance alloy, e.g. 21-4N belonging to Austenitic steel, is non-magnetic and excellent on wear and corrosion resistance under high temperature, and widely applicable to exhaust valve for heavy duty engine use.

Cobalt-base alloy, STELLITE will be welded upon the customer’s reqeust on valve seat surface and valve stem end (exhaust valve on heavy duty engine) for the purpse of specially improving wear and corrosion resistance under high temperatuare.

3. Professional processing technology to engine valves

ageing, quenching, chrome plating, nitridation, friction welding (bi-metal butting welding), alloy powder resurfacing welding etc.
