Shenghuabo Group (abbreviated "SHB") was established in 1986 and is headquartered in the city of Rui'an in Zhejiang province, known as China's auto and motorcycle parts capital. SHB specializes in automotive parts and currently has 6 subsidiaries, spread out in North America and China, and more than 20 after-market service centers around the world. Production facilities have a total area of 160,000 square meters and SHB employs more than 2,600 people, including 80 senior and 200 secondary engineers. Total assets amounted to 1.4 billion CNY (200 million USD) and annual sales reached 1.2 billion CNY (175 million USD) at the end of 2008.

SHB manages the complete product cycle: research and development, product design, tool design and manufacturing, assembly and sale of the whole completed product. Signature products include: auto wiper system assembly, seating motors, alternators, window regulators, carburetors, automatic sunroofs, wire forms, shafts, HDM, worms, sensors, and other variety of auto parts. Thereinto, SHB Shanghai branch has invested in a high-class R&D center to manufacture wiper assemblies for medium and high-class cars. It also provides supplies for internally developed high quality flat blades, seating motors for OEMs.

SHB has built stable business relationships with many well-known domestic companies, such as: FAW, SAW, Shanghai Automobile Factory, Beijing Automobile Factory, Cherry Automobile, Brilliance Automobile, Changan Automobile, Geely Automobile, JAC, BYD Automobile, CNHTC, Hafei Motor Co., LTD, Changhe Automobile, Jiangling Motor Corporation, Foton Automobile Ltd, Great Wall Automobile, Changfeng Automobile, SGMW, Dong Feng Motor Corporation, Hainan Mazda and so on. In 2008, the annual sales volume of wiper assembly were 3.5 million, and 2.8 million of them were supplies to OEs, which puts SHB first in both sales and market share in China. As for the overseas markets, it covers North America, Europe, Australia, South Asia, and the main customers of SHB are Faurecia, Magna, KSR, JCI, Lear and OEM for automobile manufacturers GM, Ford, Chrysler in North America and Volvo, Citroen, Peugeot and Renault in Europe. With the goal of providing high quality products to customers at low cots, SHB is committed to improving its capacities in research, development, manufacturing and lean management. SHB has honored to receive recognition from our customers and to be designated as “Excellent suppliers” and “Best OEM Supplier” many times.


SHB has passed ISO9001 in 1997, QS9000/VDA6.1 in 2001, and ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001:2004 in 2004.
