Anhui Dehong Work Manufacture Co., Ltd. was established in 2005, located in Lai’an Economic Development Zone of Chuzhou in the beautiful scenery of Langya Mountain. It covers 20,000 square meters, and there are nearly 300 employees, 40 quality control personnel, and 40 professional engineering and technical personnel, more than 10 of whom are from Japan, Germany and the United States. It is a factory specialized in producing manual hydraulic pumps, cab tilting cylinder assembly, hydraulic locks, power cylinders and electronic hydraulic pumps and providing products solutions for heavy trucks.
Scientific and technological strengthWith excellent equipment, advanced technology, strong technical force and complete testing methods, our company possesses fixed assets of 130 million yuan. In addition, our company owns CNC lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, and adopts computers to control hydraulic pump laboratory tables and other advanced equipment.

Our main products cab tilting cylinder assembly and manual hydraulic pumps have passed the verification of the national authority - Jinan Automobile Test Center, and have made performance and reliability testing according to the standards of QZZ11141-93JT “Technical conditions of Star-Styer truck cab tilting mechanism”, proving that each performance index reaches the domestic advanced level.
From 2006 to 2011, our company has received almost 10 honors of national utility model and inventive patents in total issued by the State Intellectual Property Administration, including cylinder floating life testing machine, truck turning manual pump, truck tilting high-pressure pumps and so on. Among them, the key technical indexes that the automobile manual hydraulic pump adopts, such as the separating structure of pump body, the small cylinder barrel with cone-shaped extruded seal, reduction of thermal expansion and so on, fill up the gap domestically, reach the international level, and have successfully applied for national patents.
